Terms of Service

Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 0Labs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

0Labs provides a powered-by cybersecurity training platform. Tenants receive their own branded subdomain, course management, hands-on Docker lab environments, certification issuance, and candidate assessment tools. The "Powered by [0] Labs" badge appears on all tenant pages.

3. Acceptable Use

Lab environments are provided for authorized security training and assessment only. You agree not to: use lab environments to attack systems outside the isolated lab network, attempt to escape container isolation, use the platform for unauthorized access to any system, or redistribute lab content without permission.

4. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenant administrators are responsible for: managing their users, ensuring students understand the acceptable use policy, maintaining accurate billing information, and complying with applicable laws regarding their training programs and certifications.

5. Intellectual Property

The 0Labs platform, UI, and infrastructure are owned by 0Labs. Course content created by tenant administrators belongs to the tenant. Marketplace lab packs are licensed per-tenant and may not be redistributed. Certifications and badges issued through the platform reference the issuing tenant, not 0Labs.

6. Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Assessment credits are billed per link generated. Marketplace packs are one-time purchases. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Lab environments are ephemeral and may be terminated after the configured timeout period. We are not liable for data loss within lab containers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days notice. Upon termination, tenant data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted. 0Labs reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
