1. Information We Collect

When you use 0Labs, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, company name, and usage data within the platform. For tenant administrators, we also collect billing information processed securely through Stripe.

We automatically collect technical data including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and interaction logs to maintain platform security and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the 0Labs platform, authenticate users, track course progress and issue certifications, process payments, send service-related communications, and improve the platform.

Lab session data (commands typed, challenges solved) is stored to provide assessment reports and training analytics. This data is scoped to your tenant and never shared with other tenants.

3. Data Isolation

0Labs is a multi-tenant platform. Each tenant's data (users, courses, lab sessions, certifications) is strictly isolated at the database level. Tenant administrators can only access data within their own tenant. No cross-tenant data access is possible.

4. Lab Environment Data

Lab containers are ephemeral — they are created when a student starts a lab session and destroyed when the session ends or times out. No persistent data from lab environments is retained beyond the session metadata (start time, duration, challenges solved, commands logged for assessments).

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Assessment command logs are retained for 90 days. Certification and badge data is retained indefinitely to support ongoing verification. Upon tenant deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

6. Third-Party Services

We use: Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for CDN and DDoS protection, and Resend for transactional emails. Each service processes only the minimum data necessary for its function.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your tenant administrator or emailing [email protected]. Tenant administrators may export or delete all tenant data through the admin panel.
